Tokyo Pt 1: Environment

DSCF3211 2 copy.jpg

Japan is a very special place. I always talked about it with friends, and how cool it would be to travel there. So last year I graduated and it seemed like the perfect time to finally get a chance to experience it first hand.

I don't know what it is that draws me close to Japanese culture. I always had a liking for its culture, food, design and even its quirks. Their way of living there just always seemed like a perfect balance of forward thinking and old tradition. It amazes me thinking about the technological advances Japan achieves but yet still holds on strongly to its old traditions.

I only had the opportunity to explore Tokyo and just that was enough for me to realize what an amazing place it is to visit.

This is the first post in a two post series. Environment and people.

The focus on this one is 'Environment' .

It's crazy how one moment you're in the busiest streets then a few turns you're here.

Walking through the streets at night holds its own kind of beauty with bright lights and busy streets.

I felt like a kid constantly looking upwards, just captivated by lights.

There are so many different places to keep yourself busy in Tokyo. Tons of places to play a variety of games.

Of course when you are in such unique environments... You have to do some group selfies.
